Damn forums...lost my long post, here is short version, new factory in China called JM released 2 models so far

also look at the KAC PDW, it comes with 2 internal barrels and a short/long extension

ahhh, so THIS is who makes the metal ACM M4 RIS everyone's got their panties in a bunch over. interesting.. now we have AGM, JM, and JG.

and that KAC PDW has full trades and comes with a PEQ replica/rail covers? win.

it ought to be pointed out that that PEQ is monstrous and fugly - a PEQ15 should be substituted immediately.

Looks good, but as stated, a common peq is too big for it and a PEQ15 (KA sized) would have been a better choice Anyway, the more factories, the more competition, hope the quality is good enough to compete

let's hope they take a path less taken and do some new guns nobody else has done.

Otherwise if they are gonna be releasing the same stuff everybody else does then they better get their QC good.

What puts me off WE M4s is that its not what everyone else has done, the WE uses its own mags and nobody else's, where the majority of the others use WA-compatable mags that could be picked and chosen from to find the best mags or loaned to gbbr wielding team mates- unless said team mate has a KJ or WE...

Conversely I really hope any other AKs don't copy the ghk, so the gun will stop firing when its out of bbs. Its hard to know what should be the same and what should be different when doing the same gun, but if you do a totaly new gun(IE not an M4 in a new dress) then you need to work out how to get it right from scratch and I'm not sure a new company will be able to do that first time.

the M4 posted is a 'JM' WA clone.

Anyone actually handled an ACM PDW? Is it any better then the one by DBoy?

I see there's an extra inner barrel and rail covers included in the package.

I have been told by my local retailer that the new GBB M4 have lighter mags than the AGM. It also has solved all the problems of the AGM M4.

He said he have had no mags unable to bolt lock after more than 1000 rounds. Also bbs don't roll out the barrel. Hop doesn't need to be replaced and the bolt head is constructed of better plastic than the AGM.

It is metal bodied. But the finishing isn't as good as the AGM.

If this lot make anything new, i.e. non-*generic Americanski assault rifle* then i may be interested in what they have to offer.

But if it is just the same as everyone else i say why bother.

Lets be realistic here, its a factory in china, producing clones of clones... if you're expecting anything 'original' you're going to be disappointed.

Well, something cheap yet well built would be sufficient for me.

I have 3 A&Ks and they are all pretty good. While my G&G L85A2 isn't exactly reliable.
