Their gas gun internals might be made of cheese; but their AEG internals actually do not look that bad.

Cylinder window is already modified(something a lot of other brands fail to do) for better durability.

2:20 dry firing on 11.1v lipo(probably 12c, not 20c; but still decent) and M120 spring, like a boss.

Doesn't look bad at all. Hopefully they can maintain the QC across the entire production.

your problem?

If you do not see the obvious...

You do not need to know and it does not concern you.

The bit in bold is (probably) correct, I'm assuming you're concerned about some tiny detail as you usually are in which case it won't concern the majority of players, or you could be helpfull and actually just say what the problem is for those of us (the majority i suspect) who won't be able to see the problem instantly.

Or, if you care so much, go and make one yourself. If you want something doing right, do it yourself and all that ;)

Well, I cant see a customs person really going "Oh dear, that looks like a banana mag and its not an AK mag... CALL THE UMAREX HOTLINE!"...somewhere in germany, a lawyer picks up a red flashing plastic phone, V1s are launched at your house...etc etc

I could just wait for RealSword...

WE make shameful copies of Dragunov familys design of weapon of common peoples; RealSword we can be proud of, WE uses too much potmetal and inferior capitalist plastic in incorrect shape.

You know...try reading that and pretend I have a heavy Russian accent or something.

I don't know if you're trying to have a self ironic humor in your posts, but if you are, you should stop, because it doesn't get interpretted that way.

There you go again, linking capitalism with things being inferior as usual, even after you've been warned about it before.

Saying 'capitalist' plastic is inferior is a bit rich really, the first true synthetic plastic was developed by a Belgium chemist, most common plastics after that were developed in 'capitalist' countries, a large portion of modern plastics were developed by DuPont which is an American company, infact I can't think of a single commonly used usefull plastic that was developed in a communist country.

That aside I have seen far more absolutely shocking quality plastics coming out of China than any other country, especially in airsoft, and before you say it, far worse than the quality of plastic used in 1990s TM guns, China hardly has a reputation for superior communist plastics at the end of the day. WE may well be using a poor quality plastic for the SVD but the fact they are in a capitalist country would not be the reason for that.

As Jal3 says, if your capitalist bashing is some sort of humour then stop it, if it isn't then stop it.

Well, I cant see a customs person really going "Oh dear, that looks like a banana mag and its not an AK mag... CALL THE UMAREX HOTLINE!"...somewhere in germany, a lawyer picks up a red flashing plastic phone, V1s are launched at your house...etc etc

You look at LPEG too much. Or maybe it was the plastic forks?

Most decent stuff from China have superior(to TM) nylonfiber-reinforced plastic.

WE is not in a capitalist country; China is not all capitalist...yet...

I do not get why you people are so mad at any comment towards capitalism. It is not as if I am directing those comments/insults at you people personally... unless you are all people in top hats with monocles who I am referring to...

I'm glad to see that WE is doing something right. I wish they could bring similar reliability to their gas M4 line...

Capitalist pigs and their horseless carriages...

Getting a bit offtopic, yes, the plastic looks atrocious, but aside from that, i can't see anything wrong with the SVD at first glance, so that means WE is still in the race for that space in my house where an SVD will be.

Current guns: - Rifles- WE m16a4 DMR (scoped/camo), M16a4 Battle rifle (Eot551+ 3x magnifier/battle worn), KWA KRISS Vector, KJW M700.
-Handguns- Umarex M93R NS2, ASG M93R, TM MK23, WE HI-CAPA 5.1, Umarex Ruger Superhawk 8".
