Close but not quite as it still has the L3's break away mount. The L4 G24 has a larger break-away locking lever as seen below:

seems this thread is somewhat mis-titled lol, but i wouldnt be supprised if we see the L2 g05 3 hole base come out soon, since there were 3d models of it posted a while back.. especially since they have the arm out now

( hope you can understand my bad english. )
