I highly, HIGHLY doubt it; I believe Element used to make clone Magpul stuff as well, but it was very hush hush. Not really sure why they're blatantly announcing they're making Magpul products, since that might just bring a massive shitstorm from PTS again.
Nice to see they cloned the MOE Scout Mount though.

Elements old, clone Magpul stuff was excellent. They must have some form of agreement with PTS otherwise they would come down like a tonne of bricks on them.

I asked the guys at Element and their answer was rather cryptic: "buyer have option to buy with Element marking or with Magpul marking".

I hope they know what they're doing with the clone Magpul stuff! Magpul is a lot more airsoft-savvy then a company like Surefire, and as we all know is not hesitant to be litigious.
//edit: Got to be some kind of deal with Magpul, don't see why they would be going out of their way to specifically say "magpul" and "genuine" in the pictures. Otherwise why not go ahead and call the offset scout mount a "gear sector" mount.

The issue has already been raised at a number of my local fields and they consider it to be blindfire, simply because your field of view is too limited to see what might have the potential to walk into your line of fire.

Yeah, there's been a thread on the Anglesight issue under the reviews section here; It's kicked off a lot of mixed opinions. I'm kinda considering one for the purpose of spotting round corners, and because it looks cool, but it'll be safety on when I poke it round a corner.
