A few days ago I've stumbled upon photos of M41A Pulse Rifle on EHobbyAsia's Facebook profile, signed "Snow Wolf M41, coming soon". I wasn't sure what to think about it, but yesterday Gunfire posted some more photos on their FB profile, saying they'll have a shipment "soon".
The ammo counter glows, if that is any indication - not sure if it indeed counts shots, but my guess is - it doesn't.

Biggest inacuracy will be probably be the shroud being painted OD, should be brown. Might buy a few to make some customs if their cheap enough.

Not quite - Brown Bess is the actual colour used on the film props - OD is the colour the Pulse Rifle is supposed to be in the 'real world' if it existed. 
It was painted brown so that, bathed in blue light on set, it would appear OD to the camera.
