Wait, i was away a week and it turns out the TM MP7 is a GBB SMG?

#goes away to check he isn't dreaming / dead / insane#

Check, this is going on the wish list, even if the Yen price based on other TM pistols translates to around £300, still this will be mine :P

Hwagan delivered. Waiting for Fireknife now.

I would, but apparently i am not allowed to tell you all if i did, Mods orders :(

I set myself something realistic, clearly FireKnife has regained ALL faith in TM

Yes, yes he has :P

However as for the M9A1, yay TM have finally woken up, took them long enough, though i suppose they will have one advantage over all others, whatever they release will always sell :D

Any one know if TM have upgraded the material they use to make thier revolvers? I really like that snubby M19 but I am put off by the thought of it being super plasticcy and light??

It is still the same kind of plastic by the looks of things, however they do weight them a bit, but the Python's only come in at around 500g-600g so i can't see these being that heavy.

The short M66 and M19 look good but i still prefer a Detonics or compact auto, has too many things going for it that make it a lot more practical than a revolver, especially a TM style one :P

Is it true that the TM MP7 is off spec compared to the real MP7? I have been told by a few different people it was true... I also hope they change the build material of the Marui MP7.... Compared to the MP7 AEP by TM, the KWA has way nicer externals. (Different polymer) Pretty sure the TM was ABS...

Oh god, the thought of the mp7 getting cloned by HK3P just made me laugh XD

But if Hk3P DID clone it and it's as decent as the PX4 they cloned...I think you'll be dumb not to get one, especially being 1/2 the cost of the original (going by the current pricing on the HK3Ps) :P

Allright, But HK3 makes some pretty legit guns... Owning a TM Glock 17 myself, I cant find fault in the HK3 Glocks Quality, even if it were closer to the same price of the TM (160USD) ... Instead of being 80 USD, I would still consider it over a Marui.... Of course it is only speculation that IF they made an MP7 it would be of the same standard.

Plus we do not know what the Marui may be like, yes TM have made amazing GBB Pistols, but how well will this hold up to the usual standard we don't know as this is TM's first forage into such areas. While they have yet to turn out an awful gun in the last decade (some so-so but nothing that you can't use in a game) so here is hoping.

And when it comes out and it is amazing i will buy one, then when the release the next GBBR if it isn't an Armalite i will buy one (if it is an AKS74U i will buy many).

I guess that's one of the main advantages the KWA has over the TM. KWA is known to be able to handle GreenGas straight out of the box.
Even though TM's now supposedly do handle it, it is not officially supported nor recommended.

There are still new designs found otherwise, Glock, and PX4 are examples.

Having shot a TM 1911 on green for a good few winters and a few summers no i can safely say that is balls. In fact they last longer than many metal slide pistols do. The way they buffer and don't smash plastic into metal internally helps.

I'm not sure about the TM, but the KWA one is definitely off-spec compared to the real MP7. I have a Wilcox rail on mine, and it was not a direct bolt-on. I'm willing to bet the TM one is the same way.

The MP7 is sorely tempting. And if it sells, TM might actually put out some others of their repertoire in GBB as well. Scorpion, Ingram M11, Uzi would be great. If they move up into assault rifles or battle rifles, things would end up sick, in the good way... :D

Yeah please let me know where you find information of Marui officially endorsing the use of Green Gas 12kg gas in their guns, otherwise refer to my comment you quoted.

Well...echoing what Fireknife said, only if it's on par with the PX4, which no other HK3P pistols seem to match at the moment. The glock has a flaw with the gasket not sealing with the nozzle; will be buying some nineball gaskets to see if it'll fix the problem :P

When you say it's not a direct bolt on; do you mean the mounting solution's different or were the dimensions different? If it's the former it doesn't really mean the KWA's off spec since one's a real weapon and the other's a toy. They might look the same but we all know they are completely different things :P

Marui also quite plainly neither endorse A. shooting other people with airsoft guns or B. disassembling airsoft guns. Better start condescending to people who say you can do those, then.

Actually Marui are fine with you shooting others, so long as you have eye protection and are in a game, the picture on the right is about not using it to hold up and shoot people in the street.

And the disassembly one is to discourage users from going over the 328fps limit in Japan.

Finally they have not so much said 'green gas is ok' but have put stronger valves in the PX4 along with other innovations to make it able to handle higher pressure gasses.

So your arguments all pretty much invalid.

K30dxedle . You know this is gonna make me look like a real *rickroll* (more so than before if I intepreted your interpretation of my post above) but if that is how you interpreted those images in the Marui manual then your comment means nothing to me...

I say again, Marui only endorses the use of HFC134a in their guns. Yes most of them can be run on GreenGas without major issues, with some exceptions to extreme temperature areas in the world, and insane abuse, or on some models with minor, how shall we put it, "design flaws" (5-7 hop housing nubs anyone?).

I always ran my Maruis on Green, that's not my point, but what I have a problem is when you are posting on forums basically saying "Hey ya'll Maruis run great on GG no matter what" you need to get your facts straight and provide adequate information to the users who read your posts. Otherwise we see people coming on here crying their eyes out when their guns fail because of the use of improper propellants.
