Looks intresting but question is how noisy will that fan be? And how comfortable is the fit?

Never seen them on any other site. I suppose it would be better than using a standard gas mask. Presumably this one has been designed for airsoft use (proper lenses and fan)?

Although it's not exactly an alternative to other full-face masks as the field of view/ comfort probably isn't the best, if you love gas masks or are doing an 80s SAS loadout, a la Iranian embassy siege... might be useful :P

even if the fan is noisy, it looks like a standard PC cooling fan so it won't be hard to source a quieter one

After a bit of looking around I think it's is made by TMC- link here.

Looks like the same thing anyway- it's got the fan in the filter unit and the lenses look identical. It's been around (on ebairsoft at least) since May 2012 latest, so a fairly new product. Certainly never heard of it before.

Just tell if the glasses are airsoft safe or not, it is just for the looks and I could be absolutelly deaf and play as always because once the shooting starts nobody hears no one...

I'm wondering how much abuse the lenses can take.

I saw the mask at Shooter Gear as well, and it also had one of the lens unglued to the mask; the ' lens' seem to be a really thin piece of plastic...doesn't mean much since it might be able to block 500-600fps shots, who knows :P But the glue that holds the lens in place with the mask itself is very weak (as if they didn't even bother putting any glue on the lens at all from the Shooter Gear sample...you'll think Shooter Gear would think of gluing the damn thing back in place, as safety's the main point of running that mask in a skirmish

As much as the design is awesome, given the relatively thin material of the lens along with the weak glue applied to the lens to hold it in place, I would hesitate from getting it and running the mask without modifications. It might hold up better if you can either reglue the lens or make your own, thicker and stronger ones.

They look pretty cool. Hiding a fan in the filter is genius. I wouldn't mind paying more for a higher quality one. Rubberized seal, better lenses, and a way to hook up a hydration tube.
