Indeed it doesn't say anything about it being gas or electric (thou based on KSC so far I think it'd be safe to speculate it's a GBBR), also it says something about a new magpul collaboration (regarding their M4 line), time to wait for the toygun festa 2012 this sunday...

really does show how close these two companies are...
It's quite a dilemma. To reassure, they are separate companies owned by separate owners...
As for the, KWA and KSC AK74 GBB, I wouldn't be surprised if they ended up being the same, since KWA is pretty much at their final design with their AKG. KSC doesn't seem to be as impatient at hitting the order button, as they were with the M4 GBBR.
As for the TM screw design? That's the ERG's. Definitely not the gas AK's that are made of steel. How much is not going to be known until the released, but the receiver and dust cover certainly will be made of steel.
The pictures a little dark below the receiver, but no screws.

The KWA GBB AK74 is in stock at WGC... Dunno if that's news or not.
