Bound to happen eventually I suppose:

http://dytactical.softerprise.com/index.php?route=product/category&path=25_37

These will be coming in compatibility variants for TM spec rifles as well as Systema PTWs. Personally I'd probably go for a tubular rail system these days, but the KAC design certainly isn't over the hill.

I'm yet to be massively impressed by Dyatc's quality; the outer barrel for my 12" TM SOCOM build for example was somewhat lacking in terms of surface finish and consistency of fitting with the upper receiver, certainly 'good enough' for airsoft though it must be said. Their stuff can perhaps come across as a tad over priced, but they do come out with a lot of products that people want to see which have usually never been replicated before; I've got more faith in Dytac than Madbull that's for sure.

Can't wait for the 8" to be stocked somewhere. I've wanted one on my SR635 since I saw a picture of the RS when it was released..

I'll probably have to get the 12.5" for my 16" upper as well..

I know, so was I. I was trying (but failing) to imply that the concept of railed handguards that can accept 20mm accessories was just plain crazy, in line with what you were saying.

Unfortunately I'd just gotten in from a run around the airfield with a colleague and didn't read what you said properly, so my adjustment of the quote really didn't work in the intended fashion. I'll just go pick up that ball on the floor over there...

Iono, all the stuff I've bought from them I was pleased with, especially their outer barrels (had a 16" on my old LaRue rifle).

I've been totally unimpressed with everything i've had from Dytac - scope mounts, RIS systems, outer barrels.

Why couldn't this have been from VFC :(

looking closely I can see the markings have been photoshopped out, good sign. I'd love to pick one up

When it really all comes down to it, if ANYONE is disappointed that a real steel accessory they own is being replicated for the first time, they seriously need to grow the *fruitcage* up. I'm still going to continue to buy real URXs for my serious builds and be satisfied knowing mine will be better than any clone.

I ain't even mad bro.

Realistically, it is understandable how one would be disappointed they could have saved 200 dollars for waiting 6 weeks if they would have known. Here is to hoping the dytac is of good quality and finish. I have always fancied the 8 inch URX but couldn't reason spending 300 USD....

i think if anyone even was thinking of spending 300 on a rail system then they intend to get the best of the best. Having bought 2 URXs and the even more expensive daniel defense the intent was quite there for me.

Dytac makes some quality stuff in my experience though, I think this will not be expensive at all seeing as how their invader rail line is 70~ dollars. INCREDIBLE value if you ask me.

I'm interested in the 8" barrel as well, you can't pull off the look if you don't have it since the URX 3 8" is an inch longer than the original Carbine URX

Oddly enough the best NOVESKE/URX type rail systems I've seen/used have been Element clones. Though the G&P finishes are certainly more hardwearing.

When has element made a URX rail replica?

Ugh kinda shame this not being VFC/G&P or even a KA since all the dytac stuff i have/had been somewhat lacking in finish and overall quality.

Oh well since i havent yet managed to resource a RS rifle length URX III im gonna probly get one or few of these.

Excited about the product just another way to spend more cash on another airsoft project. I hope they make all the accesories for them as well.
