Well, it's so close I can FEEL IT! Gunner has the new UMP posted on his site, YAY! I'm going to HAVE to get one even if it is a knock off of the G&G!

It has a very impressive weight. Power is ok, nothing special. But is the weight with the metal top slide that will sell it.

As usual, Fung's camera flash could do with being just a little more subdued .
I've already emailed Keith at RSOV just to see if he's also planning to stock them. Nothing wrong with a little diversity in the market place. Plus Keith's a better photographer .

But yes, I'm smitten, can't wait for it's release. The UMP is one of those things that's so ugly it's appealing. It just looks like it means business, and movie-star good looks be damned. Even if the quality's a little below par and requires a bit of work, it'll still be worth a puny $80 of my hard-earned.

EDIT: And RSOV's response to the question "will you be stocking the VG UMP clone?" is the inscrutable "we will take attention about that."
What are Gunner's service levels like nowadays? I haven't used him since November, and he was drowning in orders back then.

gunners quit efficient really, i made 2 orders from them in the last month and both arived within a week

Cool was waiting for a chinese clone of the UMP, it's one of those guns I'd like to have but don't wanna spend a lot of money on

i'll most definitely be getting oen of these. been busting for a UMP, but after putting so much awesomeness into my MP5, i had no real need for the expensive UMP's.

so this is perfect.

no didnt get busted by customs, but that was probably because both orders were less than £200 and said plastic toys on the side, and considering one was an AGM mo40, the plastic content was minimal.

Save your money and get the G&G. I'm running a 9.6v battery with my stock UMG and its ROF is better than any other gun at my field, not too mention it shoots very well too. So pay 200 more and get something decent.
