Cons Posted May 9, 2007 Report Share Posted May 9, 2007 regarding the parcel force 24 delivery. i have used that alot and i have never had an issue. it does cost more but it is garunteed next day so the ops in this case WILL get the cheques much faster. Sent a message asking if the lasers were sent but have gotten no reply, he was logged on at 3.30. Carrion Posted May 14, 2007 Report Share Posted May 14, 2007 neil, stop being such a muppet. given your known history, and i am saying this as someone who knew you as biohazzard remember, and also you current conduct its entierly understandable for people to be slightly paraniod over whats going on and wanting to have accurate and ongoing updates over the location of the missing goods. and when i say missing i mean untracable and not recived yet. if you cancel the cheque, especialy under these circumstances it WILL become a legal issue as you are suposed to be refunding someone for "missing" goods and have publily stated that you will cancel it then to be frank your screwed. and that said myroslav. give it time to clear before making accusations that can not be accertained or defended agaisnt. it wont help you in the long run. this is why i did make the sujestion for neil to prove he has the funds to honour the cheques so that there is no doubt that the cheques would clear normaly.
