SRC announced three new replicas. First one is "Asia Only" metal M4A1 with Eagle, Anchor and Globe (USMC markings, in other words).

Awesome! An AKS74U. I've been waiting for a decent priced one of these. I might just have to put that bolt action rifle purchase on hold.

"pwn" is a gaming term. When you type in a game, you tend to do so really fast, making some typical typos from missed keys. One of the common phrases was "owned". The P is next to the O on keyboards, so it's common to miss the O and hit the P. This caught on and so it became "pwned"

Other than that, his post was spelled correctly. (I know you were just kidding, but thought you might not know of the whole "pwned" thing

)

oh mate, trust me, i know what Pwning means ive been gaming since back when it was still plain old owning

....hence why i said the spelling thing

i just get a chuckle everytime someones uses the PWN! thing

back on topic

i almost had a little fit when i saw the ak74su, in the search of something similar but significantly cheaper i just ordered a JG spetz to mess around with. but then i remembered SRC guns are around the 200-250USD mark right?
Still, it does look very nice at half the price of a VFC one!

But seriously, can't wait for the price to be confirmed. I thought about getting the VFC aks74UN but the wood version costs almost half a grand; too steep for me. Wonder if the top receiver will pop open like VFC's.

Don't know if you guys knew this but SRC's website have said that this will come out in August (the aks74u i mean). But then again, their dates are always so off.

The AKS-74u sounds pretty interesting, judging the quality of their G36 and their amazing prices, I might get one.

Though anyone hear anything about the MP40? I emailed them a while ago and they said it'd come out in may.

That is th STTI site, they are not SRC. If you look you'll see SRC, KJW, HFC, and a hand full of other companies products on that site. STTi is just an wholesale company.
