And I guess I missed the quote 'cuz I was sick of the unoriginal ######.

Airsharp say that the chap that modified it, Tony Stein, used an aircraft gun as the base. It's possible.

Expensive? When I read this the price is what amazed me most, because it was so cheap $550 for a support weapon is pretty darn good, especially one this unique. I think this is waaaay cooler than about 9/10 SAWs on the field today.

Very good point.
Their M1919 is very interesting. I am really starting to like this company. If they keep up the innovation they could go really far.

I find it incredibly awesome... though it might look kind of bland holding it. From the front it really isn't much different than a 1919.
Maybe a G36 or Stoner 63A front? wink.gif

I believe you are right
IIRC it is based off an aircraft machinegun hacked down and kitted out for marine use
I think only 6 or so were finally made

$650 shipped internationally is a fair bit cheaper than even a STAR M249. i can't imagine any reason to complain about the price.

If it's not free, people will complain.

I, personally, was amazed to see such a low price. As I was reading the description I was saying to myself "this thing is easily going to cost over $1000". Then I saw the price and did a double-take.

or not, as my cat needs to get a cancer removal surgery. o well, i love that cat, and i wouldn't choose airsoft over my MeowMeow. Still, for those of you twiks lucky enough to afford one, this will be the most awesome thing EVER! Except of course, the STAR SCAR.
