And sends out orders with stuff missing, and ignores emails requesting the other items paid for, etc.

I've read that he's been a lot better about that lately. I've been thinking about placing an order from him actually, ever since PointAct's prices have gone up 20%.

Thing is, on principle I wouldn't want to order from him until he's sorted stuff out. Yes, mistakes happen, but I'd rather order from someone who will make any effort to correct those mistakes than from someone who'll ignore them.

Also, aren't you indirectly profiting from other people's losses?

Well, you have a good point there.

I you mean because people have had problems ordering before and now they haven't been, and I decide to order because of that, then I suppose I am. But what's wrong with that?

Well, what I'm saying is: Gunner's prices would probably be a little higher if he were to make good on all the orders he cocked up. So by taking advantage of those prices, you're indirectly taking advantage of the people who didn't get what they ordered.

I've ordered from him three times. Never had problems at all. + he's always good for 5-10% discount or a free highcap. I will probably be ordering from him again.

Possibly, but there is nothing to suggest that his prices are lower because sometimes things are/were left out of other's orders. Possibly prices would be higher if he were to correct all of the orders that were "cocked up," but if they weren't in the first place, I don't see how things would be any more expensive now.

Either way, I can't see what the problem is.

Money is taken, no products are sent. As others have said, requests for the items or the money have been ignored. I'd prefer to buy from RSOV.

Me too... but I haven´t had any problems ordering from him since 2002. OK, he may take a little while in shipping the stuff, but as for me he has always delivered.
A bit of patience, the guy is on the other half of the planet.
I intend to misbehave...
