I'm pretty sure no one's mentioned this but I noticed on Airsoft-news.eu that this Polish company is going to make an RPG.

QUOTE
Krzysztof sent in news about new company from Poland, called Heavy Airsoft Gear. They developed an RPG prototype, which will be available in couple of weeks. Youtube hosted clip can be seen here.

Heavy Airsoft Gear (HaG) is new manufacturer from Poland, we made our first prototype RPG-7 and we start mass production for this replica (full metal and real wood). Power and range depend on granade and weight of bullet. On 0.12g its range 20m, but of course it can flight along.

I think that we will end full metal with real wood RPG for 2 weeks, but you can order it now.

Heres a video as well.

When you think about it, it probably wouldn't even make it past customs. Unless it had a big orange rocket head.

Yah, I don't think that'll ever pass customs even with a huge orange rocket. You'd have to paint the whole thing orange. But it would look quite cool with and insurgency loadout.

I don't think we will have a problem getting this in the UK.I'd love to see the babbled conversation if a Policeman ever discovered the RPG in the trunk of someones car on the way to a game.I think i'd prefer a foam rocket over the shotgun BB approach.

Yeah, foam rocket would be much better. Otherwise you may aswell run around with it under your arm.

I'd be great for an OPFOR loadout. I mean there are guys who buy M79s, they don't have much use, and they're very expensive! So why not buy an RPG, just for the fun.

You know you can still stuff a nerf rocket n the head like you would a M203 or M79, right?

I think that would be classed as reactivating a weapon. Section-5 and all that.

It's very strange that you could make something that looks totally real but you can't take the real thing deactivated & make it shoot foam missiles rolleyes.gif
When it comes to any LAWs rocket for airsoft i'd much rather have something that shot foam rockets, after all the real thing isn't an antipersonel weapon!

You can get rockets for an RPG launcher that are airburst - specifically for anti personel targets. Right? tongue.gif

Now if they could replicate that in airsoft with say a explosive charge inside the warhead with a 1 1/2 second fuse which is activated by launching the rocket. The actual RPG would have to be made out of a pretty weak material for the charge to properly disperse the bits of [foam] rocket but you could always stick multiple charges inside biggrin.gif I'd buy it!

RPGs have an automatic detonation after 10 seconds i think. I think its called a 'soft detonation'
Patiently awaiting the sale of the SRC G36 GBB.
