A couple of new Prime kits just released for the WA M84FS ($395.00 each):

BLACK KIT

SILVER KIT

Saw these a while ago on Yahoo Auctions Japan and wondered when they would filter down. They come with two barrels as well so you have the option of fitting a silencer smile.gif .

Is there a reason there are two barrels in each photo?

Cheers.

But i don't see a threaded barrel there, just two regular ones.

God damnit, the only reasons I didn't buy 2 M84s is because they were expensive to import and couldn't run propane.

Now they can run propane, but it'll run me far over a grand to get a pair.

Probably internally threaded.

Doh... How did I not read that...

I was guessing perhaps one was threaded.

The spypack Cheetahs come with an internal threaded barrel which fits the special silencer, but nothing else.

Cheers.

The Sheriff ones are pants (Cleaner filled me in), made of fused Alu as opposed the milled Alu, hence they are known to break, just like ABS..

The Sheriff 92FS kit is GARBAGE. .DO NOT BUY. .my friend AND I, BOTH, broke our slides with green gas. I've also got confirmation from friends in HK that had the same problem as well.

Unless Sheriff says their slide is 6061 or 7075/6 BILLET aluminum. . don't buy it. . .their old manufacturing method used "fused aluminum powder" (called sintering). . .then they CNC the details.

I don't know if they still use "sintering". . .

If I buy Sheriff parts. .I stick to the frame (because there are minimal loads/forces subjected to it), breech and controls (trigger, hammer, etc).

M84: I'm pretty sure the outer barrel has internal threads. . like PPK and P99.

it says they are made by shooter design and i believe they are for WA beretta.

Has anyone have any experience with these.

Come on, HFC. Make a metal one, please?

Either way, it looks class. If I had that sort of money, I'd be all over that.

Wouldn't HFC make one based off of the TM M9 mechanism? Isn't the whole point of getting a WA to get an accurate replica with accurate trades?

Touche, sir.

As I said though, I'd like an M84 as a compact backup- but, especially in Canada, where guns seem to cost twice as much, this set altogether would run me up around $1200.
