Catman
Postman just dropped it off. So far so good. It's solidly built, comes in a nice cardboard tube packaging with; - The silencer with smokecap (good for approx. 6000 rounds) - Rubber plug/seal - 14mm CCW thread adaptor (installed) - 14mm CW thread adaptor - 16mm CW thread adaptor - 4 x spare screws - a manual in English (real English! Were sentence am fabrics sense!) And for the Americans out there, it's not a functional silencer, there's no foam inside The powder it uses is greyish in and around the unit but appears as a white cloud when the gun is fired. In these pics you can see the unit that holds the powder, it's made of coated cardboard. And here it is on my 1911 (in pimped configuration ): And last but not least a pretty YouTube video (1911 was running low on gas)
StarMonkee
Gah now you made me order one for my KSC Mk23 lol
TheMerchantOfVenice
Very cool. But that bumps up your chances of getting yelled at by the cops here in the USA.
IronWolf
Sounds great, I hope they incorporate the system into more realistic cans/ suppressors in the future.
edd.roadrunner
catman you should try and splice one with a tm tracer unit... then you get the cool flash of the tracer and a "poof" of smoke...
Catman
LOL now that'd be funny, would be a pretty long tube though Shame my tracer unit is busted :/
evilliboba
Humm... that actually looks pretty neat.
creepingfear
Ooh nice! Do you reckon you can incorporate that into your M2?
AGuy
Ive always wondered if that smoke/powder can get into your inner barrel.?
evilliboba
http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=hYu7qSHeSAg&...related&search= Redwolf has a nice demo of one.
hardboiledcop
definately looks a lot better on a gas gun.. does it actually feel a bit more realistic when shooting?
Catman
Opps I didn't mention the black MOLLE pouch that comes with it. Ooh nice! Do you reckon you can incorporate that into your M2? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Hehe I'm hoping the carboard bit will fit down the barrel of the M2 edit, missed some q's... I think a bit of powder does come down the barrel a bit but I'll shoot it a bit more before looking at that. It feels nice shooting it with a gas gun, though the cloud of "smoke" does feel a little much. Wow what a complaint You can kinda see it on the video right at the end, a few rapid shots and it's pretty hard to see The silencer is a tad big for a GBB imo.
SlvrDragon50
I like..How long is it?
zooyork123
i want to buy one of those, but can u refill it with other powders instead of having to bu more of the smoke caps?
Chris North
Looks very interesting. When you said it's a bit too big for a GBB, do mean strictly size and look-wise or weight-wise as well?
Victory
It's official...I have to buy one. Maybe two for good measure. -Vic
Kousnik
very nice, very nice indeed.
Miker
How do you feel it would look an an M16???
DarkLite
BTW guys, no fear on getting into the barrel - unless you run barrel first into the cloud of smoke - as it all get's blown right out. Only thing is that it really makes you obvious, and it impairs your vision. That being said, CAtman, get that *beep* in your M2. NAO.

[-=O=-]^{Woozie}
and make sure you don't use it in a rainny day... the powders turns into lumps of... well just lumps
MrBlanks
Hm... Can you guys test it dry firing? It probably doesn't work but I wanna see for sure. I might want to incorporate one in a short film I might make in the future. It does seem that the bb sends the powder out with it. I dunno.
MadChinaMan
I wonder if I could just make a container filled with baby powder and stick it in a silencer that I already have... haha
StarMonkee
I can confirm that after use you do get powder/dust in your inner barrel but it gets shot straight out after a few shots and doesn't effect your accuracy. Would still give the barrel a clean though just in case.
[-=O=-]^{Woozie}
got one today... will post some pictures ie how long it is and the dry firing test... also might do a comparsion with my King Arms Delta Sliencer... meanwhile.. need some sleep Wooze
