Couple new items available at boomarms which seem to make a cheap AIMS come well within reach:

Coat hanger stock -- $69

http://www.boomarms.com/sc/viewproductdeta...?ProductID=1940

Donkey d**k foregrip -- $44

http://www.boomarms.com/sc/viewproductdeta...?ProductID=1941

Then cut the end tabs off one of these and you should be on your way:

AKM receiver/cover/grip --$53

http://www.boomarms.com/sc/viewproductdeta...?ProductID=1739

Hoooray for competition!!! Now let's hope the quality's good. smile.gif

AKM receiver is proven good.
And it is hard to screw up and a piece of wood or a simple stock so fingers crossed. wink.gif

Yeah, I wish there were a few more details available on the coat hanger stock, but so far it seems promising.

Why would you want to make your AK ugly by putting that ###### on it?

dookieboy: on gunners, make an account, and put NOTAPPLICABLE in all the address bars etc. that you can, and then put the items in your cart, then hit checkout, and it will give you the shipping charge.

Hmm, neat. I've always wanted a Romainian AK. But I think I'd rather have a AIM ( no folding stock)

Oh no, the cat's out of the bag now, the national security of every country in the Western world has been compromised because we all now know exactly what super secret armour carrier is used by a civilian shooting instructor who works for a company which founded itself as an alternative to paracord and duct tape.

mrk, watch your back dude, Chris Costa's beard is going to come and get you, I imagine in a similar way that Chuck Norris' might, and when it's done with you, Matt Johnson is going to make you a 750D Cordura bodybag (it's innovatively better than 500D and 1000D, naturally), in a khaki colour that's not quite green, not quite tan, not quite khaki. With grey trim, of course.

will that ak body kit fit a cmya ak74(if it is a element, i presume it will)? and would the ribbed top cover be better than the stock cyma top cover..?
