If you are part of the 8% who still listen to real music, copy and paste this into your signature. I've just got out of my teens, but what the hell... at least I life real music.

As you can see the triangle logo refers to the old bags, these new BIOVAL BBB's are the new Bio BB's exclusively form BIOVAL. See the new logo's indicated with their weight. These are the official new BIOVAL BBB's.

Being an American, I can continue to use my non-biodegradable BB's when I play, and then on the weekdays I can catch the latest carpet-bombing footage on CNN. Land of the free! tongue.gif

...In all actuality, though, I was always curious about these, and if they end up any good, it'd be a nice thing to do to switch over. Sometimes I can't help but think of how much plastic waste I must leave behind - and that takes forever to degrade!

I fairly badly want some of these. Is there a North American distributor for these yet? I used them once (had 200 of them with a trade) and they were great.

Our American distributor partner is www.dedusa.com

Please also read this statement form Bioval Zwitserland, Stefano Valentini, www.bioval.net
Only the bags with the new BIOVAL logo (those where the weight are denoted) are the 100% orgional new BIOVAL BBB's.

QUOTE
It is unfortunate that the market place is being mislead by certain announcements on various Airsoft information sites. Bioval is therefore compelled to make the following announcement. The Bioval Biotech BB made between 2003 and 2005 is no longer in production. Our partner factory in Japan, Pikul Corporation, has ceased to produce this product in 2005. Bioval has since then found new partners with the know-how to produce a high quality bio-degradable bb and has recently re-launched our product on the
European and USA market. The Bioval Technologies BB a.k.a. Biotech BB a.k.a. BBB is an exclusive Bioval product. The logo may not be used by any other company directly or indirectly to promote other products. We understand that ANGS is now marketing a new biotech bb product. They have placed a picture on their logo and bag. This picture is of Bioval's old 2003-2005 production bb. It is unfortunate that ANGS has chosen to place this picture on their logo since it is highly misleading. Our old yellow triangle logo bags are being marketed side by side that of Angs' new bag. This is also an unfortunate choice since it is also highly misleading. Bioval is gathering information and observing the situation very closely and does not rule out severe legal actions against anyone who willing damages our name brand. DO NOT BE MISSLEAD. THERE IS ONLY ONE BIOVAL TECHNOLOGIES BIOTECH BBB AND THAT IS SOLD UNDER OUR LOGO EXCLUSIVELY BY AIRSOFT ASSIST IN EUROPE. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us at info@bioval.net , www.bioval.net

No unfortunaely its NOT. Common Misconception, let me clarify. BB is a size of Shot. B sized shot and BBB (no correlation) sized shot was available as well for a time. B being the largest, roughly 6mm, BB being 4.5mm and BBB being 3.5 (i think) The first B,BB,and BBB sized shot came about after shotguns became more standard. The first B,BB,and BBB sized shot was also made of lead.

I tought a BB gun course at a local summer camp for youth (ages 8-10) and part of the requirements to pass was a long history lesson on BB guns.

Linky for proof!

The site above confirms my statements.

I've oftened wondered how long it takes for Airsoft BB's to biodegrade. If these are of any quality (of course pending review) I may switch to them to help save the earth smile.gif (No i'm not a tree hugger)
