Another Arnie’s news flash!

It looks like Echo1 USA has taken a more serious line in the Airsoft industry with the securing of license rights to produce fully trademarked and logo’ed weapons produced by Vector Arms.

This is certainly going to cause a huge stir in the “Clone/ACM” debate as to whether or not Echo1 USA can truly be considered a Clone company anymore!

Echo1 was never considered a clone company to begin with. They just rebrand.

And as for markings, if I wanted I could deposit a large amount of money and have CYMA do me a batch of 500 AK74s with "DARKLITE SPECIAL" trades, but that doesn't make me a clone company.

lol Good point. It'll be funny to pay JG or CYMA to make a batch of guns with "Made in U.S.A" on the side.

never heard of vector arms. had a look at their website, would be MUCH more interested if Echo 1 made any of their Uzi's or the RPD.

The foregrip is a fugly piece of plastic that houses the small battery, and both the full stock and the retractable have what appears to be a one-of a kind way to mount a Aimpoint replica.

same exact thing i said when my friend showed me this a few days ago

vector arms doesn't produce weapons for the military, and the whole point of trades (to me, at least) is to make it more realistic. it's better than nothing i suppose and a step in the right direction, but it does nothing for me wanting to buy the gun.
