I think I have that BDU set (I bought them in China a few months back). The shirt says "Army Combat Uniform" on a tag on the inside, which I'm guessing means they are cut like ACU's, although I don't have any ACU's to confirm that. The stitching is not spectacular, but it seems to be holding together fine, it's just that there is sort of a lot of "excess thread" sticking out, but it's not too bad. All in all I can't compain since they cost $30 for the set.

wow I'd buy that vest if it werent for the fugly pouch covers. Other than that looks decent.

The buttons should be re-stitched as soon as you get them because the batch that my team got loses buttons easily.

the pattern on teh pouch lids is probably just a photogrpahic error. ive seen it happen before when nylon/cordura stuff is photographed. i very much doubt they are darkly striped like that.

unless you're moaning abotu them being plain greeny colour ?

Yes, photographic error, something to do with resolution etc.
