Lots of new BB types hitting the market at the moment.
Blaster have started selling their high quality BBs in .30g flavour in bags of 500 as well as 3000 bottles of black and green "pro" BBs in .20 and more interestingly .28
Also on RSOV are bulk bottles of ACM .30s in 6mm and .45s in 8mm.
I only post this as news as it may mean a change in what ammunition people are using. Hopefully we'll see more 8mms out there and i know that i'll start using the heavier ammo from now on.
cheers
LJ

Yea alot of bbs are popping up everywhere. I want to try some of them exploding bbs that kapowwe was talking about. But it seems like its a risk when using green gas. It creates a explosion type. And fire and green gas just doesn't connect.

I also want to see some of those exploding BBs. I don't think there's too much risk of them exploding inside your gun, even if you're using a gas pistol. Most airsoft guns are powered by a piston, so there's no actual contact with anything solid, just air. Unless your barrel was deformed (the humanity!), it's doubtful it'd do anything other than leave the gun.
What I want to know is what those things were made of. What's volatile enough to combust on impact but stable enough to transport, handle, etc.?
