From Airsoft-News.EU
QUOTE
Update from Mad Bull Airsoft. Long awaited training grenade is finally available. It is a non-explosive design, so there is no BBs to be dispersed around:

Gents,

Powder Shot II, Training Grenade will be released very soon. Powered by CO2. As loud as XMPB4. (.22 Caliber).
No bearing design. 2 valves lucking mechanism. Precise timing delay.

Re-usable. Non-explosive. Make huge sound only. However, you can play it as XM-PB4. (fill it with powder...)

Best Regards,

Mad Bull Airsoft

Looks interesting! I'd like to see a demo video of it though.

I would imagine it'd be a bit more expensive than a Madbull grenade, but not too much more. Hopefully less than $100 at the very least.

Sounds like a more airsoft practical (and maybe more affordable) version of the TG6...

Be nice if they do a version with a captive fly-off lever (yeah, contradiction in terms, i know) i don't fancy searching around for that bugger when it flies off into the undergrowth.

The above post is purely my point of view, and may not represent any organisation I am associated with...

I will be away from the 14/09/09 to the 16/09/09. If I do not reply to PM's about sales items I've not done a bunk - it's just that I will have absolutely NO internet connection for those three days.

It looks like you could drill a hole in bit of the 'detonator' assembly, drill a hole into the handle then use some heavy duty string/elastic cord to keep the handle near the body of the thing once it flies off

I'll definitely consider getting some of these. Imagine how annoying they'd be if you filled them with flower or even pepper?

Probably annoying enough to warrant the slap of the century.

Can't wait to see what they're like though, could be a nice alternative for BFGs smile.gif

I'd wait to see if the AI frag grenade will be any decent. Honestly if I can get something that goes bang and blankets the area in BBs then no competition.

I've put CO2 into those (naff) Deep Fire grenades (don't buy them or put CO2 in them!) and they still make a naff pop noise - significantly better than propane/red gas but hardly a "bang". I hope these live up to their ".22 blank" level claim.

There's the Thumper training grenade but I wouldn't really class that as a reusable system when you have to install a new part everytime (12 parts/co2 capsules for ONLY £30! blink.gif): http://www.airsoftscotland.com/acatalog/TH...hbang-type.html

Mind you, I'm more interested in grenades for traps as my site allows the use of pyros.

Well, if it's like the VOG25HP, yes, the bang is huge when used with regulated CO2.
