The wood looks like plastic. Regardless, I still just ordered one. Doubt they addressed the mag catch issue, but it would be nice.

I already posted this in the old thread... but whatever... 51QBH has tons of pics.. the wood is actually pretty nice. Just use that VFC guide and some weathering on the metal and it'll be one sexy thing!

Just get a brillo pad and lightly scrape the hell out of the whole gun in random directions. Done.

On the actual topic: do any of these very nice looking Dboys shoot like TM AK47 - sound, distance and accuracy wise? Even after some mods?

Yeah I was hoping for a more brown color to it, but still I want one. I never used a Dboy/Kalash are they any good if they are I might want to pick one up after my AK 104 project.

.... I might pick one up anyways good or not, because its pretty damn nice IMO.

Well we have reviews of them here at Arnies and they sound pretty, or should I say very, good. I also found a vid of the RK-01 shooting.

Yea but RSOV's shipping prices are a little pricey me thinks.

Sub-Total: USD90.61
Post Office Registered Airmail <2kg (4-5 days) (Shipping to US : 4.5 kg): USD20,136.99
Total: USD20,227.59

Hehe, obviously just a bug in the shipping section smile.gif

even allowing for the bug RSOV do consistently charge more on shipping that gunner ie where RSOV use airmail at a given price gunner quotes for EMS/TNT for similar amount (whereas those services from RSOV attract a further premium on top)

obviously academic if your someone who gunner takes his time to ship out to anyway but Ive never personally had that issue to contend with.

Not all the way but about half way of a real one and a lot further than marui type 3cm. However the quality of there bolts is terrible and they have a tendency to break when you use them sad.gif

If you don't want to touch the internals of your gun, get a CYMA AKs74 instead.
