Looks like Western arms is releasing another compact model and a new para-ordnance model. The compact seems to be colt trademarked copy of the recently released compact v10. The para-ordnance doesn't seem to be unique in any ways other than the bomar sights and colt trigger.

Looks like you´re right. Too bad though, I was expecting something from their S&W license. Altough, considering how fast their earlier V10 sold out, WA apparently smelled profit with that concept.

it'd be cool if they released like a cheap version of one of their 1911's, maybe without the awesome finish or trademarks, so some of us po' folk can get a ood 1911.

That there is the Colt Defender, the most compact of Colt's 1911 line.

No, there's none yet, probably because the V10 is a limited edition pistol.
