Man i own a real Eotech (3 in fact) and the only thing that made it different from the fakes were the markings, now with the above the fakes can look real ?
Then again its not the same sticker and real Eotechs have them water transfered so i guess its sort of ok

Yes.
It's identical to the chinese ones.
Dunno if you'v actually seen a replica EoTech before. They don't just produce a red dot. They produce an EoTech-style circle with a dot in the centre.
TBH, I'm rather cynical about that seller.
He has a $50 item for sale for over $150 and his description of it is, frankly, utter b*llocks. He's calling it an EoTech all the way through and stating that it has all the features a real one has then, at the bottom, he writes "Not made by EoTech. Made by SF design" or whatever.
I'm not sure if the EoTech trades are on the clones TBH. I know the warning text is. I suspect the guy has had a bunch of EoTech stickers made up and is sticking them on chinese clones.

He says a lot of things.
He says it's water resistant, shock & recoil proof and compatible with NVGs.
It's water resistant, to some extent, it's shock-proof only to a point where it falls to bits and it's compatible with NVGs in the same way that a sprout is.
None of this is an outright lie but it's grossly misleading.
That doesn't inspire confidence in anything else the guy has to say.

EDIT: Oh and I almost forgot, this kind of this kind of thing can be done for about $2 by taking a trip to your local hobby store and picking up a sheet of decals...
