I've just fitted a davidson slide from RSOV onto a brand new hicapa. Initially the black coating caused the slide to bind but after working it a few (hundred) time by hand, the slide with nothing in will drop off the frame if held perpendicular 
great fit, hardly any slack at all and zero rattle.
