O_O

There are also two new videos on Youtube as well featuring the blowback. I am looking forward toward this release... A LOT (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Looks very promising from the reviews, blowback is also a supprising introduction and a nice touch.

Selling my old KA fal was one of the most regrettable things ive done and I really miss it.

It looks that I might have to sell my KA FAL now to get one of these.

I don't think that review was objective.. just the way it was written... nothing concrete.. just .yeah well. At times it (the reviewer) seemed really rather hesitant to even mention "Star" as a 'competitor'. This also contributed to the 'not quite right' feeling I had.

It was intriguing, but that is about it.
For my dollars to blow, it would be the Star, based on my experiences (limited) with the King Arms FAL, the Star SLR and the reviews and comments on both.

If KA retro-fits that blow-back bolt system to the other types of FAL in their offering, then I'd be very very tempted to give in and buy a PARA version....

Looks promising, a few mods could make the blow back go further back than the measily half inch that it goes as shown (YouTube Video), but KingArms is going a long way with this approach and I really like it. Its either FAL or M14 for my 7.62 AEG, can't decide (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) .
