It's available now. This is more solid than the Knights Armament RIS/RAS (not free-float) and its rail meets up with the rail on the receiver. It still used the barrel nut but this rail is solid.

Do you mean the real one or the ebaybanned one?

Ain't this the one that won the US Defense Contract? Or is that a different model?

Oh no, the cat's out of the bag now, the national security of every country in the Western world has been compromised because we all now know exactly what super secret armour carrier is used by a civilian shooting instructor who works for a company which founded itself as an alternative to paracord and duct tape.

mrk, watch your back dude, Chris Costa's beard is going to come and get you, I imagine in a similar way that Chuck Norris' might, and when it's done with you, Matt Johnson is going to make you a 750D Cordura bodybag (it's innovatively better than 500D and 1000D, naturally), in a khaki colour that's not quite green, not quite tan, not quite khaki. With grey trim, of course.

Would be nice to emphasize more that this is not the real Daniel Defense product, but a mere replica.

Looks good though.

With one of the bullet points on the page being
"This is the most quality replica as i see this year !! "

I think most people will realise that it's not the real deal quite quickly haha (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

As you can see from my post, I did figure that out quite quickly. It would help if you read my posts as carefully as you read the product page at Ebaybanned. If you only look at the topic, the handguard being a replica is not all that clear, even though EBB rings a bell...

We have this way on this forum to state the actual manufacturer to avoid confusion. If someone asks how to fix his Glock 17, you'll soon see people who ask whether he has an MGC, a TM, Tanaka or KSC G17. See?

Easy tiger. Just joking around (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I do see what you mean by the forum topic title not being clear on the fact that it's not the real Daniel Defense product.

I've got one on the way (hopefully) so I'll test it on CA, G&P and a plastic JG reciver once it arrives.
One thing I am wondering about tho is do you think that an M203 would be fittable with the lower half removed?

cool, keep us updated mate, really like the look of these, im guessing that because its a real steel copy itll probably fit better on a G&P m4 (which is what im hoping ), but ill wait for your verdict, (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)
