Sounds reassuringly good over all, though the slide must be taken off to adjust hopup.

The review also answers the question about ASGK which i remember was being debated a while back.

Some reasonable pictures - Be nice to see an independent review soon (rather than one from a retailer).

Still looks a bit 'springerish' from the photos, though...

Cheers.

"real 9mm experience" obviously these peeps haven't fired real pistols.

The closes someone could give you in airsoft would be to get you to hold the pistol and then slap the muzzle.. hard.. that might jerk the gun like the real thing..

Still, pistol sounds good, will have to "invest" and find out.. smile.gif

I think the plastics look very nice actually, they look much better than the horrible shinyness of the tacmaster. Very few visible mould lines on the one in those pics. Also the texturing on the grips looks very nice (not that it matters cause im gonna put some hogue grips on mine smile.gif )

Hoping to pic mine up on wednesday so i'll post a little review if i can put it down for long enough.

As to the real 9mm experience, i think they are refering to the return stroke of the slide (i.e. it is as quick as a real 9mm). Id loved to see a gbb that recoiled like a real gun, but id be scared about the slide flying off the back and maiming me smile.gif

But at least you would die with a smile on your face (and a pistols slide sticking out of your chest) smile.gif

As referenced on the news page - There's another 'review' - With much better photos - at http://www.new-akiba.com/toy/marui/sigsauer/02/index.html

Some pretty obvious seams in some of the shots, I'm afraid... sad.gif

Cheers.

Yeh shame sad.gif Althought there dont seem to be any obvious ones on the top side of the gun, just the ones in the picture below which shows the underside of the gun. What i do like though is inside the magazine port you can see little brass inserts for the grip screws to go into, thats a nice touch.

Seams are probably showing up alot more due to the harsh lighting used in the photos, it makes the whole gun look pale grey, all the other pics i've seen its looked alot darker and blacker, like the first picture in this thread. Look at the difference in color between the 2.

Makes sense for real gun's to have seams on the plastic, it's not like they need to get rid of cosmetic detail....

Why would a real SIG have seam lines? The lower frame is one piece and machined, not cast.

I look forward to ordering it from AD.

Then ringing them every week to ask if they've sent it yet :|
"Well I've had a word with Joe, and he says instead of making a cable and sending a signal for my TAT B's, I can do a jump into a DZ from 600-metres with an Epson printer-scanner on my back, and then tab 10 miles over undulating terrain, at night, to unlock an officer's user account after he got the password wrong three times."

Order it from Fire-Support - their site says they have 14 left in stock (or did when I looked last night, anyway).
