Do we know yet whether or not these will simply be full metal WA's?

TBH if you've already got a WAM4 then you only have to worry if the inokatsu's are under $800 which I doubt they will be, they're inokatsu's

Eh?

Im asking because id like to know if its a new mechanism or more of the same. I really dont care whether or not the WA will be devalued or deemed a "bad purchase".

The last pic in the OP's link shows the metal body and a few other parts with 'For WA/Masterwork' written by them. If the WA and Masterwork both use the same receiver then I'd guess that they have the same internals.

True enough but supposedly the masterwork guns can operate on Co2 which means i HIGHLY doubt they're using WA internals.

I suppose they've either

a. Cloned the WA internals and reinforced the troublesome parts (hop-up, bolt stop etc..) so that it can run C02.

or

b. They've made their own internals but purposely made the reciever WA compatible so they can mass produce metal bodies and flog them to WA M4 owners.

or

c. eerrrmmm....................... something else that I haven't thought of lol.

@ Junior: I heard they were CNC 7075 Aluminium.

Or that the CO2 is internally regulated in the mag and the gun has no more power than a WA on green.

It is quoted as 420ish which is what a WA does on green with a proper barrel.

sigh...
NO... the M16A3 has a FIXED CARRY HANDLE, like the M16A2. common misconception
M16 with detatchable carry handle = M16A4, not M16A3
but yeah, ill bet there will be no burst limiter. that would be so freaking cool though...

Well seeing how the Magna system is patented.....

I doubt it very much and if it does have the Magna system then if he's using standard green gas then the gas efficiency is gonna be like 70rds per fill if the WA mags are anything to go by(On a WA it's over 100)

or the FPS has come out of using ultra Gas because for some reason you get 450 with .25s at 17C with a WA
