Apart from that, nice kit.

Hmm. OI think it's a direct copy of the Tanaka M700.

But, with the KJW green gas capacity.

KJW...nice?  I don't agree with that...

And if it is a "gasser" and has a barrel that long...it will never be legal in the UK.

KJW... You CAN use red gas too then, or what? Not that they sell red gas here though.

well...red gas in something like these is akin to mounting an M203 on an AUG

...do we need it? No. Is it practical? Sometimes. Does it make grown men swoon like pre-teen schoolgirls at an Usher concert? Hell yes it does \--/

With other words: fun! I don't mind high powered bolt action rifles, as they are one shot only and used over rather long distances. Are there any websites who state this rifle's power?

Tanaka's rifles take HFC22 as well.  But a precision rifle made with KJW's loose tolerances?  I'll wait for several rounds of reviews...

According to RedWolf, the stock fps is 295.0 fps, i.e. UK legal.
Fortunately for all of you UK airsofters, the initial reports wich spoke of 180m/s (590fps) with .2g bbs weren't correct.
Not to thread jack but, I wonder what HFC's M700 will be like, I'm assuming they too chose to copy Tanaka's M700.

I'm guessing the 295fps stated by Redwolf is with hfc134a, and KJW's weapons are designed for hfc22 and/or redgas. Also, their fps-data isn't too accurate... 400fps+ is (at least) more believable.

Even with 134a, a barrel in a gas "sniper" type gun is going to let that bb fly at a really high speed.

As for 295fps...what were they doing shooting into a 60kph head wind?

My 8" barrel gas pistols all hit around 350fps with .20 using 134a...no way is that number right for the KJW M700, granted if it is a gas rifle.
