Mike_West
So, in short: Cyma and A&K are working on AK replicas with blowback. Yes, AEGs. Yes, A&K. See for yourself: http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=zVxOQZZoxM0 - Cyma http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=HhmzBxOqi2g - A&K Both are prototypes, so it'll take some time to see them on the shelves, but we're apparently going with the "wow" after TM AK74. crash commader
hmmmm.... well on the first video the date it was added was april last year..... but the second video looks promising. what are your sources?
chas
The CYMA one is impressive. As long as the system is disengageable, like on the VFC AIMS, I can see CYMA making all their AEGs with this system. At least the AKs. Any idea at what stage they are in? Like in: how long till we can buy these?
EmptyChambers
Cyma video is old. The guys who create those videos own a shop over in Hong Kong if memory serves. Given their other stuff which details internal work on aegs, I'm pretty sure its just a modified Cyma. Gaurder or home brewed. Edit: http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=pJnx23uT_lk Yup. Gaurder kit installed on a Cyma.
Mike_West
hmmmm.... well on the first video the date it was added was april last year..... but the second video looks promising. what are your sources? Local importer submitted the video to a Polish airsoft website and they posted it on Youtube.
neoptolemus
Also, I don't see how these are any different from the old "blowback" kits that cycle bolts. TM's system is not really the same. At all.
Dock trinE
Awww, when I read the title I was hoping for GBB AKs.
Fin
Awww, when I read the title I was hoping for GBB AKs. Same Or a cloned Marui 74M system
Skarclaw
It says AEG in the title which ever way you view it, so when you said "when I read", you didn't read it at all
acem4
The Second video looked as if it is some what of a Marui 74 clone. The blowback that is Looks promising
PlasticMag
The first one is just a Guarder bolt - the second one looks like it COULD be a Marui clone, but I'm not holding my breath.
M4A1lover
so i gess A&K is not going out of the bissness? A
Magsz
The bolt on the second video is always resetting in the same position which leads me to believe it could potentially be a marui clone.
Diwiak
it will be some homemade blowback.. marui blowbackis f*king expensive, hopefully china will make it for a few dollars more-btw blowback is absolutely useless
felix4536
anything that is blowback needs to be gas operated. AEG........ no thanks
crash commader
isn't the marui blowback mech trademarked/copyrighted by marui anyway?
Diwiak
and is mech v.3, hicap magazine, etc. etc. copyrighted by marui??
ancorp
and is mech v.3, hicap magazine, etc. etc. copyrighted by marui?? Inside Japan. Their AK-74MN is a worldwide patent.
Magsz
Inside Japan. Their AK-74MN is a worldwide patent. Like thats going to stop the chinese.
AirsoftHawaii90
Normal AK-47+ Blowback = Uninteresting.. I hate regular AKs even if they are metal, They are borig.. Everyone has them.. The Blowback makes it worse, its not practical.
terrorist killer
Mate, anything with blowback and rifle is interesting and how is EBB impractical, especially Top Tech type EBB's? Has any one else noticed that the TM is pretty much the only EBB which shows even a little bit of recoil in the videos? So going by youtube, everyone should get a TM AK EBB not anything else, and what happened the last time we believed Youtube?(think Inokatsu M4)
Hispeed1
Vaporware until we see credible info.
my_plague_666
as already said, the cyma is just a cyma with a guarder bolt... made over a year ago and TBH the A&K doesnt look like a TM 74M system clone. either that or its just badly cloned/not fully developed, because it doesnt look half as snappy or hard kicking as the marui system. renegadecow
Also, I don't see how these are any different from the old "blowback" kits that cycle bolts. TM's system is not really the same. At all. Exactly. Not to mention that the Guarder auto-back kits proved to be detrimental to gearbox internals in the long run.
666Newbie
Hmm well it seems these could possibly be fake/just used kits but... to comment on the video Looks pretty cool I guess blowback in AEGs is "the next big thing" in airsoft.
