Metal that's been electrically treated with another finish... usually chrome IIRC.

Well, if anything, this means that Ehobby Asia will probably start offering MEU's with the Guarder kits installed. Guarder is usually the least expensive of all the metal kits... so that's cool.

i have a question will guarder kits fit a TM 1911/MEU without Modifications? and if they dont woudl i have to take it to my local sgop and have them fit it? or are the mods minor

i hope they have a non marked kit. lets me put custom markings on my guns. i'v already planned umbrella corporation trades on the silver M9 kit.

So what this kit would be different from VFC kit? I mean both are diecasted. Cheaper perhaps? But then looking at Guarder 1911 kits, I don't think it won't be actually cheaper than VFC kit, if not more expensive.
