I haven't run it through a language translator yet though i'd imagine it has something to do with KSC's 10th anniversary, it also appears that you have to buy direct from the website.

10th anivesary of KSC and the 20th of the issue of the M9 apparently. They are making them to order only.

They seem to be using this 10th anniversary as an excuse to rehash old designs with little worthwhile content (they have released three new beretta's this year and then there is the MK.23 05)

I'll give them some credit seeing that it's not very easy to get the chrome M9 anymore.
