The gen1 madbull adapter was great but this will go along way in helping your mags last longer.

I actually just ordered a couple of these yesterday. I hope it pushed through though as I haven't still yet received a confirmation e-mail from them.

Mine's arrived (pretty gosh darn quick!). Can't tell how they perform or how easy they install though; I haven't bought a propane tank yet and I've just bought a new can of green this afternoon thinking it would take RW a week to deliver. Pretty robust design though. And the side oil port is very nifty. I just wish it came with some sort of protective cap.
