‘The Mall’ is a truly unique CQB Airsoft site with nothing else like it in Europe, if not the world. Based in the Friars Walk shopping centre in the heart of Reading town Berkshire, First & Only Airsoft offers an unparalleled Airsoft gaming experience. The site is a self contained L shaped mall spread across 3 levels with over 250,000sq Ft of shop space, walkways, stair cases, lower ground storage rooms, service corridors and loading bays. Whether you like your action up close and personal or over bigger areas with lots of sneaky play, ‘The Mall’ has everything.

The site will be opening on the Sunday 24th May 2009 and every 2 weeks there after. There will also be regular themed events running in between normal open days. These will be themed on popular computer games, movies, military/law enforcement missions and our personal favourite – Zombie Survival (Dawn of the Dead, anyone?). A full list of game dates will be added to our website soon.

The facilities on site are excellent with working power sockets, lighting, Men & Women’s toilets, kitchen, shop, onsite battery charging, changing areas and dedicated customer car parking. The onsite shop will sell BB’s, Pyrotechnics, gas and a range of other Airsoft equipment at competitive prices.

Opening times
Arrival on site from 8:30am
Game briefing from 9:30am – Game starts 10:00am
Game finishes 4:30pm

The car park will be open from 8:30am to 9:45 when it will be closed to entry. If you need to make special arrangements, please call the main contact number provided on the morning of booking.

The site looks like hilariously good fun. I wanna go in the ball pit! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Well luckily, in my experience, F&O have a reputation for running games extremely well, with top standards or marshalling and player conduct. They will run things as well as anyone can.

I just wish I lived closer so I could play there (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

They don't do bang because thats ghey (if you've heard the safety brief once you'll understand (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) ), instead they use the surrender rule ie if you get within 3-5ft of someone and they are unaware you can ask them to surrender at gun point. Obviously your gun has to be in full working order should they decide to try and shoot your first. Having been on both the receiving and giving end of a surrender it works just as well as the bang rule but eliminates someone trying to clear a whole room by shouting bang ie gheyness.
