Is the '09 version just a updated version of the MTW-version, or is there any
other differences between the '09 SOPMOD and the MTW?
Is the '09 SOPMOD GTG for CO2 mags, such as the WE 30rds CO2 Magazine, also?

From the looks of it, it looks the same only with the upper/lower receiver wobble fix. I heard it's all old stock from Inokatsu after they closed down and sold their brand and inventory to RA-Tech.

What are you talking about, lol. How could RA-tech afford to buy out Inokatsu?
