Looks like they give you an option of headset plug on the order form, you send in yours and they'll install it. I ordered the handset version this time. Can't wait. I love these radios. Hillslam Posted September 23, 2009 Report Share Posted September 23, 2009 Yup they work with FRS - the FRS range is completely within the range this radio handles, you just need to select the freq. If you want to handle subcodes and all that it can do it, but you need to know how they work, becuse you have to program in the octals and whatnot yourself. $250 dollars... I'll let you know if it is worth it. FYI the Gen1 at $165 shipped was totally worth it. This one with shipping is $242 to the states. Link to post Share on other sites
