Borescopes for rifles are usually lasers housed in empty bullet casings of the rifle's calibre.

You chamber the laser round as you would a real bullet, and this shines the laser down your barrel, thus providing a straight line of fire to which you can zero your sights/optics to instead of wasting rounds with trial and error.

Looking at the picture, you fit the adaptor which best fits your outer barrel and ram the thinner part down your inner barrel. The extended shaft of the laser compensates for any flash hider or extra outer barrel length you may have.

How the above can be applied to a rifle let alone airsoft I can't quite figure out?

The adaptors screw into the back of the unit and you stuff it in your muzzle?

I would have thought the picture of the boresight would answer that for you. The lack of info and thought put into the thread by the OP is quite ridiculous though.
