Morning all,
This is more for UK fans of AR15s here - I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this thread, and i'm not sure if 'advertising' for a retailer is allowed. Mods, sort me out if i'm doing anything wrong by posting this please, but i thought it was something that needed to be pointed out..
Anyhoo, Landwarrior (www.landwarriorairsoft.com), one of my preffered retailers, have recently started stocking pretty much the whole range of G&P AR AEG's at AWESOME prices. Compared to the nearest competitors (Firesupport and Airsoft Armoury, both great retailers 'n all), LWA are undercutting by up to on average £40.
For example, an M733 (my current personal blaster) is £209.99, compared to FS and AA's £250~. A G&P sentry (Which is pretty much a poor man's VLTOR VIS) is going for £269.99, or £294.99 with a magpul body for all you magpul fans...
They've also got G&P MBK's going from £80 or so, as opposed to the usual £100+.
I've found LWA to do a great service back when they specialised mainly in ACM - Hopefully some other retailers will see this and kick off a price war - But with G&P's recently excellent quality, a solidly reliable full metal AR going for a similar price to a stock TM is pretty damn good. I thought it was news, anyway..

You missed the most important part of his post; VIS. The only VIS costs $300+.

Poopy. Why does it have to be in the UK!

Oh no, the cat's out of the bag now, the national security of every country in the Western world has been compromised because we all now know exactly what super secret armour carrier is used by a civilian shooting instructor who works for a company which founded itself as an alternative to paracord and duct tape.
mrk, watch your back dude, Chris Costa's beard is going to come and get you, I imagine in a similar way that Chuck Norris' might, and when it's done with you, Matt Johnson is going to make you a 750D Cordura bodybag (it's innovatively better than 500D and 1000D, naturally), in a khaki colour that's not quite green, not quite tan, not quite khaki. With grey trim, of course.

The only King Arms VIS i can find in stock anywhere in the UK is at Wolf Armouries, and that's £399.99 - I'm still getting one due to a bonus at the end of the month, but considering the G&P has pretty much all the same features except for the one piece upper receiver, at £130 less, it's a pretty damn good deal. I'm seriously debating wether i need an M16A3 as well now...
