CarbonVirus
Alright, so I was getting sick of having to either use high capmagazines or modified mid/low cap magazines in my jls f2000. I started to checkout what the problem was and as most know it was a screw housing that blocksthe magazine. So i started to contemplate what I could do to fix theproblem. I decided the best way to fix it was to remove the pin that holds thereturn spring for the tapet plate. I ground it down using a tungsten carbidecutting bit on a dremel. Then I drilled a hole where it was and put a boltthrough it. I then ground off the housing for the problem screw and put thewhole thing back together. Then I took the body and cut the areas around thebolt to fit it and wala, problem fixed!
ultimentra
If this could work for a G&G, i would consider getting one. Anyone?
DJ Sparky D
When I had my JLS years ago, I thought about cutting the offending apendage off but didn't want to risk weakening and already questionable (at the time) gearbox. I just modded my mags. Nice call on the screw.
