Erm...

That seems totally pointless to me.

The main use of a "nade" is for room clearance or for emergencies.

For room clearance you could just as easily use a hand-held mini launcher or a pukka nade. For emergencies, having to fit a nade to your barrel is obviously not gonna happen.

Whatever floats your boat though.

You could say the same about an M16/M4 with one mounted. I know for certain that im going to put one on my ICS MP5 when I get the cash for the RIS and launcher and make it compatible for putting on (when I buy one) a G3 SG1. They look reliable and solid, so im happy to give one a go.

Hmmm...

Can't see how it's the same as an M203.
An M203 is loaded and ready for use whenever you need it. You'd need to carry that thing around with you, get it out and fix it to the end of the barrel before you can use it.
Hardly the sort of thing you could do reflexively if you came around a corner and found 3 or 4 opposition all huddled together.

Whatever though.

For me I would keep it loaded and ready for use too. Ok McMs' idea may not be the most practical, (wieght distribution etc...) but it would look awesome IMHO.

Thats just my opinion too though...

Wasn't there something similar to this a while back? I remember it replaced the flashider with a big nasty thing that slipped onto the shell and used a BB to fire the grenade?
