Anyone else have the magazine?

I just got hold of it, but I don't have a scanner, so you guys will have to make do with a picture from my Digital Camera for now!

I tend to think we need a 1911 for us people with thinner wallets who want to go gaming with them

Get a KSC, put a metal slide on... and that equal the price of a WA, I'd imagine... or maybe even be less

WGC list a KWA 1911 for $50, IIRC.

That'll be the rubbish old one, I suspect.

I read a post or something somewhere that said KSC's next guns were going to be "a 1911 and a USP".

As the 1911 seems more than promise-ware, perhaps the full size USP is, too.

Don't hold your breath for trades on the 1911, though, unless they've struck a deal with 3PSA, as WA have.

Trades wouldn't matter too much for me... since I'll be dumping the plastic slide the day I get the gun

People complain about there being too many colt .45s , but to be honest i think its because theres not many decent ones.

Theres tonnes of WA ones that all look like colt .45s in some respects, but theres only one real colt 1911A1 replica. The rest are civiliany style junk looking weapons. The KJW looks good but is only available in US that ive seen.

So if KWA brought out a full metal colt 1911A1 1:1 replica in all respects except trades possibly at a cheap price id go for it.

For the record the m1911a1 isn't the original Colt 1911. WA also has 4 versions of the 1911a1, and 2 of the original 1911. The Colt Series 70 and 80s replicas are also extremely similiar to the 1911a1, really only differing in color and hammer.

If it's anything like the onld KWA (same company) m1911 then it is a direct clone of a WA!!! that means you can get that and a metal kit for WA, and build a pistol much cheaper! PLEASE KSC! release this pistol?! (pout)

KSC wouldn't copy WA - they can't. WA has copyrighted all of their technology, and KSC would NEVER license WA technology. Ever.

just so ya know, KWA made a direct copy of the WA series 70. you see em every once in a while for dirt-cheap ($50). and we all know, KWA pretty much equals KSC.

I am eager to see the KSC version of the M1911. As many people have said, the only real options of the old GI M1911 is made by WA. I am extremely pleased with mine (other than the price and hop up) and right now, I feel it is the best M1911 on the market. However, KSC guns have a knack for being just as good as well as cheaper. If some cheap metal slide/body kits come out, I'd be glad to retire my WA.

Then again, the KSC M9 metal parts are as ridiculously expensive as their WA metal upgrade counterparts...
