Just saw on G&P website that they have introduced a new gbb to the market. Its a Desert Eagle in two models and two colors. Its under 1000g, which seems light for a gun that size. It says that it has a WA Magna Blowback type system which is fantastic IMO. Very cool. I'm not a desert eagle fan, but I am a G&P fan and I hope their growing expansion keeps up with their present quality. Now, lets see your .45's!!

Methinks the phrase in the description for the DE that says "System: WA MAGNA Gas Blowback" is a bit telling.

As Snowman says it looks to be a copy of the old WA design.

But judging from past experiance with G&P. It could swing either way with the quality.

just saw it from the link on the main page. it looks pretty nice especialy the two tone and i love the magna blowback on my sv 5 inch. but like everyone else i hope the finish is better than the one on the marui.

KSC frame and slide/barrel and the the WA Magna System. Comes in four versions 6" In black and 10" in Black and 6" in Two Tone (Silver frame and black Slide /barell) and 10" in two tone.

Arrived this morning and I've only given it a very cursory look over.

Seems to be made of standard ABS, rather than the HW stuff and the markings look a bit thin, like KSC markings. Mine is an all black 10" version.

There are virtually no seam marks at all (A very slight one around the INSIDE of the trigger guard), though.

Still, if you hanker after a 10" DE, there's not a lot to choose from right now and it certainly looks OK. If it fires as well as it looks, it'll be worth the money, easily.

There's a SIIS and a WAG-52H code on the box, suggesting it is a WA sourced gun. On the gun there's a marking that says "Made in Taiwan for SIIS" (I think it's FOR, rather than BY).

I notice WGC are packaging there's with a 1:6 grenade and Desert Eagle - Mine didn't come with either of these from GnG (Not that I was bothered by that).

No chance to fire it yet, so that'll have to wait until later.
