Deviant
Can anyone tell me the model of this gun. It appears to be a semi new gun by FNH, however I can't find it on their website. Thanks. Mystery Gun by FNH?
McMadkat
Hmm I did read about this once. It fires a .50 Browning round. I will try and get a linky for you...
Forze
It sure looks like a .50 bmg version of the Ultima Ratio rifle, but with extra rails on it.
SgtBojangles
Whatever it is, it's awesome.
Samm
Closest thing I can think of it being is a variation of the Accuracy International AS50. http://world.guns.ru/sniper/sn67-e.htm
Redcap
Printed on the side of the rifle, forward of the magazine housing, below the accessory rail, are the words "Made By A M & D, GENEVA, SWITZERLAND". Hope this helps
Deviant
These are two that I have found... AMSD BMG 50 or OM 50 looks like. Would still like to find some better photos. *Edit* Woot, looks like some machining photos. Nemesis

Deviant
Now, the next question. Would there be a good market for an airsoft version of this... All metal. The reason I ask, is this is really close to the gun I plan on making per other threads. Hopefully, ups will deliver my metal today and I can get to start on it. Thanks for the help finding the pictures. Any others would be great.
Samm
No, well, maybe. Anti-vehicle rifles aren't really the kind of thing you'd want to be lugging around all day (especially if it's going to be full metal), too heavy and totally impractical when a plastic VSR would do the same job. But then again some people are just strange
Deviant
haha I 100% agree with that, I had a psg1 for a while and hated carrying it around. The gun I'm planning on building is a scaled down version but with a similar look. Not really part of my original post though. Since I just wanted to find the name and more pictures of this gun. Specifically to see how the different parts were made. I'm hoping that my gun will be under 6lbs. Albeit, I won't know for sure till I get everything made. Oh well, Still looking for more pictures of this or similar guns with detailed photos.
Lord Blackgoat
Nemesis is an improved version of the PGM HecateII, part of the Ultima Ratio familly. The basic representant of this familly is the Intervention 7,62 rifle, and then variety of versions exist (collapsible "commandoII", with integral silencer, .338 "Mini Hecate") just make your choice! BTW : very good idea, nice project. what are you gonna use for internal? scrtch build or donnated guts?

InspGadgt
Scratch built internals. Gas gun, solenoid controlled. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Will be interested to see how you do that...I was thinking along the same lines of basically using the Shocker paintball gun design and making the parts smaller. Either that or a non-solenoid design like the Tippman A5 internals which would be much easier...I just don't like the springs in that design though.

cvrfc1326
That is one of the coolest looking rifles I've seen in awhile. Planning on a similar paint job to the first pic? Good luck, can't wait to see it done.
Deviant
gah, I posted this text almost a year ago.... man time flies. Anyway, new house is built and I'm all moved in. Took possession of a new toy on Weds. Thought that I'd update this, since I haven't forgot. Life just gets in the way.
bullzebub
nice mill! what maker? price?
Deviant
nice mill! what maker? price? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> It's made by Seig, imported to the US by Grizzly. It was around a $1050. Figure another 1500+ for the parts that I have to make it CNC. Should be interesting.
