Any idea on if the dimensions are the same as regular aeg batteries?, they do look like a very good deal though .

the dimensions says right there
they are a bit smaller than normal sizes, so a small type battery of 1800 mah is a bit smaller than your normal 600mah pack

I measured my mini battery and its within 3mm in each dimension. I'm considering one for my P90, but I may get a J shaped Ni-Cd so its 9.6v.
