I have a couple of pointers for you, HunterX:

1.) Spell things out. It's not too hard to type "any" or "don't know". This is not a text messaging program, this is a discussion board.

2.) From what I understand, the plastic SRC M4s are decent beginner guns. That said, perhaps this is SRC's stab at competition for CA/ICS?

I gotta say, a full metal M16a3 for $270 with free shipping from HK is EXTREMELY tempting...

First off this is internet, second I am in America, so that said I can spelll how ever I please. Thank you very much. If your implying my IQ may be lacking due to my poor spelling habits, you are truely mistaken. I may be lazy, but I'm not dumb. But, that said THANKS FOR THE FLAMING, but I will not return any FLAMING words back in return.

Yes, you're in America, the land of the free. Physically. You're also in Arnie's Airsoft, which is a privately owned forum, with its own rules and regulations. Same deal with the 328 FPS regulation. Americans can own airsoft guns over 328 FPS with a .2 gram BB, but may not talk about them on this board.

It also implies a general lack of respect for your readers to not bother to type things out for them. Typos, whatever, everyone makes them. some people make more. Purposely shortening things like that just hurts to read.
I can't help but think "ZERGRUSH KEKEKEKEKEKEKE^_^" when I read such posts.

On a lighter note, that SRC M16 family looks mighty good. Time to open up the wallet eh?

It's not really free shipping if you are already paying 50-80 or so dollars more for the product...

Just did a comparision...
SRC Full Metal M16a3
WGC: $270 shipped
Hobby Asia: $200 + $75 shipping = $275
So they're pretty close actually.

As far as I'm concerned, if you buy one of these and have to put a couple hours of work into them to get them shooting really well, so be it. So long as the parts cost doesn't run too high, it's worth it. There are certain things I nearly always replace in my AEGs anyway, and other things that can be tweaked for not that much money.

And, I get as much enjoyment out of working on my guns as playing with them, so something that's perfect out of the box is less interesting to me. For this reason I find lower cost products like this to be a great value. I can get a new platform to work on for not a lot of money, and in doing so ad something new to my collection.

I just wish some less common guns were getting copied like this.

I know SRC actualy asked my store for feedback when I worked at JT. I had my tech (Crusader) send them a report, it was 3 pages long. SUpposedly these have a v2 gear set. The first version the put out caused most of the promlems. Hopefully these are made better.

Thats good news... If it pans out that way SRC could be a contender.
