That's right - after over 6 years business with Classic Army, we are at last saying goodbye. Over the years their support, service and speed have decreased so much we've had to think about letting them go. We pride ourselves on being able to maintain good stocks of everything we sell, and get it to you (the most important bit!) as soon as we can. Classic Army just can't provide this level of service, and this shows with the lack of stock they are able to supply on a constant basis. If you buy a gun, you want to know that if anything goes wrong, the spares will be available to fix it. That's our thinking too!
BUT, it wasn't hard to find better quality replacements - we will be providing superior ICS equivalents for the whole C/A AEG range, backed with lengthy warranties and 100% spare parts backup. We'll also make sure that, and in most cases this has already been done, all other C/A products previously sold by us have been replaced with much better alternatives, such as ICS, G&G, G&P and HurricanE.
I believe CA are moving to a new factory and it's screwed them up for a few months. Hopefully they'll get it together and get production up to speed soon.

Deal with it.

The two things that my cynical, pessimistic little brain comes up with are:
1) They're short of cash so they're flogging stocks of SAW parts to fund further development/production.
2) They can't get the gun to work so they're flogging their stocks of parts.
Neither option is particularly cheerful.

Deal with it.

I've a metal kit in my TM SD6 and its very solid. Only problem was to have all the wires in the correct locations to close the body, however after finishing the conversion to metal the gun feel absolutelly solid. Check the finish because while mine was very good, some people complain about it.

It would most probably be illegal for a UK retailer to sell a new product with no warranty as that would very likely be contrary to your statutory rights under UK selling laws. Goods must be "fit for the purpose that they are sold for".

finally raised the readies to be able to make a purchase, O! offer a spiffy deal on the ca33e, exactly the gun I'm after, and what happens?! I get engaged and move to the smegging US to get hitched and live there!!! unbelievable, absolutely unbelievable... I could even phone them up right now and order one with the cash I've just come by, but I can't cos, then I'll have to sort out with US customs about getting it through without a SWAT team meeting me off the plane, and my future wife-to-be would go apoplectic if I spent the money earmarked for our wedding...
*albartroth*. *albartroth* *albartroth* *albartroth* *albartroth*! curse you airsoft!!!
