since the sad departure of storms reading is lost for anywhere to buy airsoft guns. since many people want to have a hold and feel of then before they buy this has left us sadly lacking.
However...
the Old Walmseys store (Broad Street Mall, Opposite Blockbuster) has become an outdoor persuits store. they have started stocking good quality springers, a range of TM GBB's is due in next week, and in January the AEG's are arriving. they will be stocking most of the TM Catalouge, aswell as a few others, i belive a CA armalite and the star SA80 is comming too.
dunno if anyone cares but its handy to know i guess....

seeing as its not a proper airsoft shop, i wouldnt have high hopes about prices.
on the other hand, hes getting a lot of decent stock in, so at least he is taking it seriously.

Talking of non-specific Airsoft suppliers...EtonCastle in Eton (Next to Windsor) is worth a look if you're in the area. They have several AEGs and loads of Pistols in stock and their prices seem reasonable, particularly the accesories (scopes/red-dots/holsters/etc.

The website's not brilliant but give them a ring, the guy who runs it is extremely helpful. I took my NBB M92S Beretta in yesterday as it was misfiring/playing up (my kids bought it for me for Christmas) and he swapped it for a new one, no argument, and I didn't even have the receipt on me!
His son, who also works in the shop, would be worth befriending too, as the team he plays with has access to a wicked site (big house and grounds I think...) apparently.

Help rid the Airsoft world of tamiya plugs, they have no right to be fitted to anything more powerful than a Duracell bunny!
Deans plugs; they should really be blue, and have a little 'V' stamped on them...
Can 'Unwritten Rules' be numbered?
